Wine : Blend of Shiraz (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%)
Origin : Prince Albert Valley
Technical notes : Shiraz grapes were harvested by hand at 24°B. Skin contact was done for 5 hours, after which grapes were pressed and the juice left to settle. Clear juice was inoculated with yeast and then cold fermented. After fermentation the wine was blended with 10% Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was fined, stabilized and bottled.
Description : Full-ripe pomegranate-like appearance. A fruity wine with hints of floral undertones and a dry finish. This wine can be enjoyed over the next 3 years. Serve with curries, turkey and duck.
